Purpose
This portal lets authorised users submit verification requests through Cashfree Secure ID. eRentAgreement and Lexaltis India Private Limited are not the issuing authority for PAN, driving licences, Voter IDs, passports, bank accounts, company/MSME registrations, vehicle records or GST records, and this is not a government website.
Authorised use only
You must use the service for a lawful purpose and must be the data subject or have appropriate authority/consent to verify another person's or entity's information. Unauthorised identity checks, biometric comparison, stalking, harassment, fraud, discrimination or unlawful profiling are prohibited.
Verification results
Results reflect information returned by Cashfree and its underlying verification sources. A response does not constitute legal, tax, banking, employment, credit or professional advice and is not a guarantee of identity, ownership, solvency, authenticity or future conduct.
Fees
All paid verification services in this package are ₹25 per request. IFSC Verification is configured as FREE. The fee displayed before submission controls the order. A verification attempt that returns a completed invalid/not-found/mismatch/no-match response remains a completed paid service.
Availability
Provider APIs, banks, government/official sources and payment infrastructure may be delayed, restricted or unavailable. A service may also require entitlement or authentication configuration in the merchant's Cashfree account.
Face Match
Face Match compares facial features in two images. You must have lawful authority/consent for both images. Do not upload images of another person without appropriate authority.
Refunds and cancellation
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the separate Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
