Before payment
You may cancel simply by leaving the page or not completing Cashfree checkout. An unpaid verification is not initiated. Stale pending verification data is automatically removed after the configured expiry period.
Free IFSC verification
IFSC verification is processed immediately after submission, so it cannot normally be cancelled once the request is sent.
After successful payment
Once payment is confirmed, the system attempts the selected verification immediately. Because a provider verification may consume a paid API request as soon as it is initiated, a completed or initiated verification cannot be cancelled merely because the user changes their mind.
Technical interruption
If payment is captured but an eligible technical problem prevents completion, the request is handled under the Refund Policy.
