Purpose
This portal lets authorised users submit identity, banking, official-document and business verification requests. Lexaltis India Private Limited is not the issuing authority for PAN, driving licences, Voter IDs, passports, bank accounts, company or MSME registrations, vehicle records or GST records, and this is not a government website.
Authority to submit
You must be the data subject or have lawful authority, consent or another valid basis to submit the information. You must not use this portal for unlawful surveillance, harassment, discrimination, fraud, identity theft or any other prohibited purpose.
Verification results
Results reflect information returned by the relevant verification infrastructure and underlying verification sources. A response does not constitute legal, tax, banking, employment, credit or professional advice and is not a guarantee of identity, ownership, solvency, authenticity or future conduct.
Fees
The price displayed before submission is the service fee for that verification request. Where a payment step applies, the verification is initiated only after server-side confirmation of successful payment.
Availability
Provider APIs, banks, government or official sources and payment infrastructure may be delayed, restricted or unavailable. A service may also depend on account entitlement, balance or authentication configuration.
Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the separate Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
