Before payment
You may cancel by leaving the page or not completing checkout. An unpaid verification is not initiated. Stale pending verification data is automatically removed after the configured expiry period.
Services without a payment step
A service that runs immediately after submission cannot normally be cancelled once the verification request has been sent.
After successful payment
Once payment is confirmed, the system attempts the selected verification immediately. Because a verification request may consume a paid provider request as soon as it is initiated, a completed or initiated verification cannot be cancelled merely because the user changes their mind.
Technical interruption
If payment is captured but an eligible technical problem prevents completion, the request is handled under the Refund Policy.
